Sherbrooke Liquor Store is pleased to announce that in addition to sponsoring this series, we have also become the beer sponsor for the Winspear Centre.

The three concert series (January 13, 2012; March 2, 2012; and June 8, 2012) represents an innovative late start concert experience directly targeting the young corporate/adult student demographic. Each concert will feature an after-party event presented by Sherbrooke Liquor Store in the lobby of the Winspear Centre where guests can mix and mingle with their friends, musicians and conductor Bill Eddins.

As for being the beer sponsor, all of the bars at the Winspear will now be serving Alley Kat Amber & Charlie Flint, as well as Amber’s Lunch Pail Ale. In addition to the three regular products, there will also be a rotating “Beer of the Month” to round out the selection. For September, this will be Ochsner’s 1905 Alberta Porter. We have plans to use Alberta breweries for most of the other selections, but will include a few other Canadian favourites to round out the year.

As well, when appropriate, there will be additional beers available for specific concerts. For example, when the ESO goes to New York next year, the Winspear will be serving Brooklyn Lager at their “Dreaming of Carnegie” Series.
